VEGNPROY®Chickpea protein is a food grade concentrated protein isolated from 100% non-GMO US and Canadian chickpeas. The concentration process involves physical or enzymatic separation and extraction to preserve the natural active ingredients.

The protein content of dried chickpeas ranges from 19 to 30.5 grams per 100 grams, depending on the variety and processing method. This is higher than that of common grains, such as oats and walnuts. Their protein content is about seven times higher than that of milk (when compared to liquid milk). VEGNPROY®Chickpea protein contains leucine and other essential amino acids that promote muscle synthesis and repair. It is also rich in dietary fiber that regulates intestinal health.
