VEGNPROY®Mung bean protein powder is a food grade concentrated protein isolated from 100% non-GMO China mung bean. Richtek Mung bean protein powder is produced by crushing (retaining or removing the outer shell), separating, and concentrating the beans. The powder is extracted using a combination of physical grinding and biotechnology, which retains the natural active ingredients and avoids chemical residue.
