VEGNPROY®Soybean protein powder is a food grade concentrated protein isolated from 100% non-GMO soybean. It provides high level of nutrition and functionality. It is primarily made from soybeans and processed through defatting, fiber removal, separation, concentration, and drying to produce protein powder with a high protein content.

VEGNPROY®Soybean protein contains 80-90% protein and has an amino acid profile highly compatible with human needs. It is high in lysine but relatively low in methionine and must be combined with cereals to improve utilization. Soy protein is low in fat and contains mainly unsaturated fatty acids and no cholesterol. Additionally, soy protein is rich in the B vitamin complex and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron.
