Ecovibener®Rice peptide powder is made from rice (Oryza sativa). Compound protease is used to break down rice protein by directional enzyme cleavage technology to generate small peptide chains; optimize the enzyme digestion conditions (such as temperature and pH) to improve the peptide yield and active ingredient retention rate. High-speed centrifugation removes insoluble impurities and suspensions, and filtration achieves clarification, concentration and ash removal.Finally, the concentrate is converted to powder by spray drying technology.
